I was looking for a powerful hand held vac that was made in the USA and this Metro Vac was it. The only thing I am not crazy about is that is quite loud for a small vac and also I have a hard time placing the accessories on the vac so that they stay in place. But those are minor issues. I have several cats and this little vac really picks up all the cat hair. I have to vacuum almost every day in the area where the cats hang out and it is nice not to have to drag out my big vacuum cleaner (also a Metro Vac). I recommend this vac for anyone looking for a powerful handheld vac made in the USA.
