MetroVac, as one of the premier vacuum cleaner brands, takes great pride in our products. If you have received an item from our website, within 30 days of purchase, that you no longer want, isn’t what you expected, or is damaged or defective, please fill out the form below and a customer service agent will get back to you within 2 business days. MetroVac customer service can also be reached at 800-822-1602.

If you ordered your item from Amazon or one of our resellers, please contact the original company that processed the sale for return approval.

Terms of returns:

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your MetroVac brand vacuum cleaner product, you may return it in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number. Any items that have passed 30 days will not be accepted.
  • To return items you purchased through one of distributors or dealers, please contact the company you made the purchase from directly.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item or are missing vacuum cleaner parts, please contact MetroVac within 5 business days of delivery. We may request you email us photos of the damaged packaging/product. Please keep all original packing materials and cartons available for repacking a return, if that becomes necessary.
  • Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
  • RMA # needs to appear on the outside of the carton, as well as on the shipping label and any paperwork included with the merchandise.

Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
