I placed an order for replacement vacuum bags for an old model based on what was available on line. Lo and behold I received a call and text to verify my selection. Upon calling the office the rep. explained that my selection was for a seldom selected item. She figured out which model I had. This personal service was more than I expected for a relatively inexpensive item. She sent the correct item which was reflected in the shipping slip. I regret I forgot her name. I have no hesitation in recommending this vendor.

I actually received a call before these shipped from MetroVAC to confirm what part I needed. I actually ordered something they rarely get an order for and rather than ship and see, they called to confirm and I had ordered the wrong bags. I appreciate customer service that acts instead of reacts. Thank you!
